Terms and Conditions
1. Subject of the service, content of the contract
1.1. Snug Hosting Ltd. (hereinafter: Service Provider) provides the services (hereinafter: Subscriber) subscriber (s) with the services specified in the Service Agreement (hereinafter: Contract), in the valid price list and present In accordance with the terms of the GTC.
1.2. By submitting the order, the Subscriber accepts the provisions of the GTC.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider
2.1. The availability calculation does not include pre-announced maintenance or upgrades, which may take up to 6 hours on an occasional basis.
2.2. The Service Provider is obliged to provide the ordered services within 2 working days from the order. Exceptions are additional third party services provided by the Service Provider to the Subscriber. The beginning of these services is the responsibility of the third party.
2.3. The Service Provider provides technical support free of charge for using the ordered service. Technical support is available online at https://alcimiair.hu .
2.4. The Service Provider is entitled to invoice the Subscriber for the fees specified in the valid price list. Billing occurs at the end of each month. The first invoice shall be issued by the Service Provider after the order, which the Subscriber shall be obliged to fulfill at the conclusion of the Contract, the service shall not be used until the service is received by the service provider.
2.5 The Service Provider is entitled to suspend the service or terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Subscriber breaks any of the following points:
2.5.1. It is forbidden to place or host material that violates the WEB / VPS / Dedicated Server storage, pornography, copyright or goodwill.
2.5.2. It is forbidden to place and run a code in the WEB / VPS / Dedicated Server storage area that could damage or not run on a shared system, or the WEB / VPS / Dedicated Server significantly slows down, damages, malfunctions, or damages the network in any way .
2.5.3. It is forbidden to send unsolicited e-mails on the Internet, as well as harassment of other users, whether by e-mail, content or network attacks. If the service provider is experiencing a network attack, you may suspend the customer service immediately.
2.6. The Service Provider protects the data placed by the Subscriber on the Service Provider’s servers with due care, but is not responsible for any data or material damage resulting from the loss of data.
2.7. The Service Provider is entitled to include the data of the Subscriber in the register, but it may not transfer it to a third party without the written consent of the Subscriber. An exception is the statutory obligation to provide data.
2.7.1. I agree that the following personal data stored in the alcimiair.hu user database will be handed over to OTP Mobil Kft. (1093 Budapest, Közraktár u. 30-32.) As a data controller. The range of data transmitted is: username, surname, first name, country, phone number, email address. The purpose of data transfer is to provide customer support to customers, confirm transactions, and monitor fraud to protect users.
2.8. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend this GTC and to inform its customers 10 days in advance of the change taking effect.
2.9. The Service Provider undertakes to make backups on the servers for a separate subscription fee and to make them available to the customer
3. Rights and Obligations of the Subscriber
3.1. The Subscriber shall be entitled to use the services ordered by him / her 24 hours a day for the period ordered.
3.2. The Subscriber shall use the ordered services in a proper manner, otherwise the Service Provider shall be entitled to suspend the service or terminate the contract with immediate effect. The Subscriber is liable for any damage resulting from misuse or misuse.
3.3. The Subscriber shall keep the identifiers necessary for the use of the service secret, and the Subscriber shall be liable for any damage arising from unauthorized use.
3.4. The Subscriber shall pay for the services used the fee specified in the price list. The Subscriber agrees that in the event of a delay in payment, the Service Provider is entitled to limit the services, to charge a statutory rate of default interest and to transfer the Subscriber’s data to a debt recovery company related to the Service Provider.
3.5. The Subscriber agrees that if a fee is higher than 1 month, the Service Provider may terminate the Contract without notice.
3.6. The Subscriber shall notify the Service Provider of any changes in the data recorded by the Service Provider within 15 days.
4. Scope of the contract
4.1. The contract will be made for a minimum of 30 days, but will automatically be extended according to the billing period if you fail to cancel.
4.2. Both Parties shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the other Party violates this Agreement.
4.3. Normal termination of the Contract does not relieve you of any obligations (eg payment obligation) incurred up to the date of termination.
4.4. Due to the backlog of charges until the termination of the service, the service provider may block the customer’s data, which he is required to store for one week. When the grace period expires, the service provider has the right to delete the customer data. In the case of the handling of the outstanding fee backlog, the service provider has the right to recover the fee backlog and the costs incurred by the Subscriber, and therefore may transfer the data to a third party number.
5. Final provision

5.2 The Parties shall submit to their exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute concerning the jurisdiction of the Service Provider if their dispute cannot be settled primarily by peaceful means.
